Making a claim with PetsOnMe is a walk in the park!

All you need to do is head over to our user-friendly pet portal and sign in, click on ‘claims’, submit a few details (like your vet’s invoice), pick your preferred payment method, click submit, and sit back while we handle the rest. You can keep track of the progress of every claim you make via email. We aim to get all our customers reimbursed promptly the next working day.

Our NSW insurance policies are specially made to cover a bunch of location-specific claims. You can get covered for vet bills relating to common health problems and accidental injuries. We also offer third-party liability coverage that aligns with the local pet liability rules and regulations of NSW.

In general, only treatments that are needed after the waiting period from the commencement date of your policy will be covered. Anything before that is counted as pre-existing conditions and isn’t included in your policy.
